Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During promotions, seasonal launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery windows include:

Domestic Shipping

Sugar Bunnies currently ships within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Sugar Bunnies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sugar Bunnies is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

For delivery concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged items

  • Photos of the original shipping packaging

After review, Sugar Bunnies will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

 

Affiliate Program Shipping

Affiliate program enrollments, digital materials, and services are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
