To ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene for every customer, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards or any items that have been opened, used, or altered. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity and luxury experience our customers deserve.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may promptly assist you.

Refunds are not issued for these situations.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to the carrier, Sugar Bunnies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for further assistance.
Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are thoughtfully prepared shortly after purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing begins. We encourage reviewing all order details carefully prior to checkout.
Affiliate Program & Digital Services

All affiliate program enrollments, digital materials, and related services are non-refundable.

Any misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity may result in withheld earnings or removal from the program without refund.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are issued only in rare circumstances, such as when:

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If its been longer than 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@SugarBunnies.Store.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
